It's been noticed that user Dr Leonard has been copying and pasting most of his critique and just posting it without tailoring it to the draft. This includes here, here, here, here, and here.
While none of the advice is wrong per se, it's kind of just thrown out without making it specific to the draft, or telling people what exactly in their work is wrong.
Also noting that Kalinin wrote a staff post telling them to stop, here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-971904/the-spilling-cut#post-2082782
For record, the copypasted text includes the following semi-variations:
Well, to be honest, this idea seems to be pretty boring and generic, it's basically just a thing what makes you crazy. Here is a tip: instead of trying to think up a "kinda creature" or a "sorta object", think of a story that you want to tell, think of little moments in everyday life that make you think, and try to bring the reader to that same moment. I would recommend that you read through the available SCPs and read through the guides.
Well, to be honest with you, this seems really boring and generic. There is no meat to this article, nothing to interest the reader. Here's a tip: instead of trying to think up a "kinda creature" or a "sorta object", think of a story that you want to tell, think of little moments in everyday life that make you think, and try to bring the reader to that same moment. I would recommend that you read through the available SCPs (trust me, it's the best way to improve your skip writing skills) and read through the guides.

For the record, I'm fine with people using copypasta (I use it pretty often myself) so long as the bulk of their comment isn't a vague series of phrases just thrown out into the forums.
Also, I notice that a lot of this is a rehash of vezaz's quote that I often use, "Get away from "type of object" or "sort of creature" and instead start thinking about stories you want to tell. Start looking for moments in your everyday life that give you pause, that are unusual, or that make you go off into a daydream. Then think about bringing the reader to that same moment."
I admit I'm kind of disappointed that Leonard just sort of paraphrased it to make it his own. I guess it's not breaking any rules, but at the same time, not cool. Vezaz might not be around now, but he should get credit for his words.
Also, going to note that they've been politely PMed on chat before, in regards to copypasting the same thing into multiple introduction threads:

I believe they were told to please let staff handle welcoming new members.
Recommending a formal warning, given the repeated nature of the posts and the fact that he ignored specific instructions to stop.
Got a PM from him.
Greetings, Zyn! I'm messaging you with regards to this forum thread: http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-973357/dr-Leonard Anyway, looking back, I can see that it was wrong of me to copy and paste generic critique with regard to people's drafts, all I really did was spam up recent posts. Additionally, I'd like to apologise for not noticing user Kalinin's warning on the forums - which I did not notice until it was mentioned by another user. Finally, if like to apologise for using Vezaz's phrase without mentioning it was coined by him. I admit, I have been trying to keep a pretty clean record on the site, and am disappointed in myself for allowing this to happen. I will make sure to avoid letting this happen in the future. - Dr Leonard.
PM and official warning back:
Hi Dr Leonard,
Thanks for the PM. As it is, staff has discussed this matter; this is your official warning. If you continue the aforementioned behavior, bans will result for subsequent infractions.
We do appreciate your enthusiasm for the site; just please be more careful when making posts that include copy-pasted material from now on. Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.

Bitched at a brand-new newbie in their introduction thread:
Well, if you're hoping to "make a difference", your first step would be to use correct grammar when making forum posts.
Recommending revocation of membership. He's been warned twice before, formally or otherwise, for other violations (once for unauthorized edits, once for rampant copypasting of critiques as shown above), including being told by staff not to reply to introduction threads. For someone who's "trying to keep a pretty clean record on the site", he's overtly failing.
Seconding. Completely unacceptable.

Since membership has yet to be revoked, adding my support to this measure.
With Eskobar, Zyn (via chat), and me on board, it's confirmed. I revoked his membership and sent the following PM.
Dr Leonard,
Due to your unacceptable behavior, most recently for attacking a newbie in his introduction thread when you have repeatedly been told not to post in any of those threads, your membership to the SCP Foundation wiki has been revoked. If you wish to see documentation of our reasoning, refer to your 05 Command thread here. You may reapply to the site at any time, but be aware that further infractions will result in more serious responses.

And again with the sort of not-really-advice feedback.

Ech, it's rather difficult to tell for certain if an idea will/won't work. I'm of the school of thought that believes virtually any idea can work with a good enough execution, but as-is, this doesn't particularly interest me. If you produce a draft, feel free to show it to me in chat/PMs, but right now, I'm not entirely sure on how to feel about this idea.
This is more toeing the line than crossing it, but given previous behavior, keep an eye out in case he posts the same thing on other threads.
Some overly harsh critique: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-1167264/critique-my-scp#post-2268157
Meh. This didn't really interest me. It's a creature that creates, alters and removes memories… for no reason. To be brutally honest, I can't imagine this succeeding in anything close to it's current incarnation. Sorry, but I think you should scrap this.
Staffposted, since there's been an uptick in another user's critique posts telling people to outright scrap drafts, and I really don't want people shutting down new authors' works like that. The forums should be a place people want to get their stuff reviewed at.
