Promotion Recommendations

Hey, all. This thread will be locked at the beginning of this month's voting, and a new one will be created next month. Currently, I'd like to hear about the following:

• Awesome people on the site in general that you'd like to see promoted.
• Awesome people who have a strong chat presence you'd like to see promoted.
• People who were drafted into teams that you'd like to see permanently added.
• Super sweet staffers who you think have earned moderator rights.

Please PM me this information through wikidot. Don't post it here. I will make a list of the people recommended, how many people recommended them, and what they were recommended for at the beginning of the next voting session (in about one week, if things go as planned.)

Please post questions if you have them, but don't post names.

Yanno, I'd like to hear from everyone who cares enough about the site to read O5. So sure. I'll take general member recommendations as well. If the same names keep popping up, I know someone out there is doing something right, even if I've not gotten to see it as clearly as others.

Alright, guys. I want to do this over two weeks ago, but currently, I have gotten a pitiful amount of recommendations from people. Can we please get a few more? Only six staff members (including Junior staff) have sent me anything.

I don't think I've been back semi-regularly long enough to recommend any names, though by now I should have some idea about most if not all the people put up for whatever.

I will strongly advocate for a pyramidal hierarchy count— that is, more mods than admins, and more staff than mods. This is not me trying to exclude everyone else from ever becoming an admin (I have some people I'd like to see elevated in time), but in trying to keep/achieve an effective ratio of the various levels of staff. (This may belong in a separate thread, but since it will likely influence who or whether I support for promotion, it's not completely off-topic.)
