User Doctor Dew recently made a series of edits to Uglyflower's author page.
I'm guessing they were freaked out by the "list user" module page effect thing. I've PMed the following to them:

I'm a moderator on the SCP Foundation wiki. It's come to staff attention that you've made unauthorized edits to another member's author page, specifically here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/uglyflower-author-page
Your edits have been reverted. Please refrain from editing any author pages from now on. If you feel that any such pages require editing, please contact a staff member and/or make a post in the page's discussion thread instead of doing so yourself.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me or another staff member.

I'm blaming this on general unawareness, seeing as the user's only other site edits are to Bright's list (and those entries were all deleted, as far as I can tell).
Edit: It looks like he was given permission by Uglyflower, based on an edit comment "I had asked Dew to make changes because I was having issues formatting it myself. I guess he forgot to add a description"
So it's resolved.
