I think that you can make it it's own scp. Just remove the interview, make it so it IS possible to contain (a humanoid SCP that can bend reality and can't be contained would of been decommissioned already), make it evil. Basically, make it so it's not Mary Sue and make it different from 507. Okay, never mind, this is impossible.
Also, noting that the second thread had already been given substantial critique. I ended up locking it because the OP wanted the thread deleted.
I called him out both times; I'm thinking no need for official warning because he's pretty new. Keep an eye on.
