Managed to get himself into a whole boatload of silliness. First, he edited SCP-920-EX with the following:
Addendum-1
- As regards a so-called "Policy Directive K-23396-D6" ;- "Nice try, 920 you'll be "hearing" from the higher-ups about this one!"
Addendum-1b
(From a letter typed-up on a typewriter, addressed and sent to Senior-most staff)
-Concerning possible breach in SCP-920-EX protocol, check to be made with Headquarters under non-technical provisions regarding the existence of a "Policy Directive K-23396-D6" by one "Site Director W. Lumbergh" - confirmation needed on the status or existence of said Site Director and further confirmation for persons "0-5 Site Assistant Peter Gibbons" and "Sheldon Katz Esq." of one "Legal Department" and precise records of protocol concerning one SCP-920-EX. If unfound, please check records concerning [REDACTED] furthermore, upgrades at staff discretion and risk to be issued to any and all provisions and containment procedures concerning said [REDACTED} to [EXPUNGED] indefinitely.
-Dr. Grahams, since having presided over files concerning "Explained SCP's" on the day and time of [EXPUNGED]
Then, he managed to somehow post into the Per Page Discussion forum with this thread:

I went over the explained SCP's in search of, I guess, an underrated or story-driven SCP, only to happen upon SCP-920-EX, now, for those who haven't read it, the anomalous properties are far from simple, quite the contrary, they're extremely enigmatic, with lots of implications for Foundation conduct and the future of the Foundation as an entity for World Protocol.
I've only just edited the 920 article with an addendum pre-supporting a reopening of the case, as it would seem it has been "snubbed" off or "discarded" it could even be said to have been neglected, I'm sure those with the free time and trained mind will go over the article and further read my addendum and conclude, despite whatever history IRL the article had, that it is a case that needs and deserves attention, for it's reintegration into the Database…
The thread was moved, and the following PM sent (which contains the content of the staff post to the thread as well):
On the off chance that you couldn't find your thread again:
Firstly, you posted this to an internal forum. I don't know how you got here, but this isn't where user-created forum threads go.
Secondly, you're roleplaying. The Site Rules explicitly say that we are not a roleplaying site.
Third, you've violated Site Rules by editing someone else's article without permission from the author or senior staff.
Don't do this again.
Thread moved to a more appropriate forum.
