Hey all,
We've had numerous requests over the past year to prune the log of extranormal events, which has accrued quite a few poor quality entries. WJS and I agree that it's time to act on them, and so I've locked the log pending the pruning's completion.
Here is a collab sandbox that contains all 225 entries into the current log. I'm currently looking for volunteers to assist in the pruning, so if you want to help say so in this thread and then feel free to claim a selection of the entries above using the same format we used in the Log of anomalous items pruning a few months back.
When you find an entry worthy of removal, please copy paste it to this page before deleting its code from the first sandbox. This is to ensure everything gets a second opinion, as different pruners sometimes have different standards.
Also, I'd like to hear opinions on what to do when the pruning is completed. We could follow the example of the LOAI by permanently locking this page and opening a second one, or we could just unlock this page when finished. This page is only about half as long as the LOAI was, though it's also double the length of the 100 entry goalpost we determined last time, so I see the merits of both options.
