I'm taking a page from Aelanna's book. This is the start of regular chat operator meetings.
TIME:
So far, I've gotten mostly "whenever" as a response to "when can you guys make these meetings?"
So: Gimme some specifics. Let me know what time you can't be around. Let me know what times you can't.
SUBJECT MATTER:
We'll have a specific topic for each one if there is something on the table to be discussed. For instance, a topic for the first meeting will likely be the language policy (we'll see). Please suggest other topics if you have them.
COORDINATION:
As many of you know, I may not be able to be online as much as I like. So… I am now taking suggestions for this (including from non-chatops if they want), and taking volunteers for anyone who wants to coordinate or help coordinate these meetings. Send me a PM on wikidot or Nala if you want to help coordinate.
