What's the course of action here?
Does the user have any other history of this sort of thing?
EDIT: I would seriously appreciate input here, at the moment I'm thinking a warning that another similar offence will result in an extended or indefinite ban.

I think he should be informed immediately that any further actions on his part concerning interactions with Blaroth will constitute harassment and a ban. That this is completely inappropriate behavior.

We have been informed that DocClockwork has been messaging her random and nonsensical things for quite some time, and she has 'gotten used to just ignoring him.' I cannot help but feel that 1. She is being messaged entirely because of her gender, and 2. I have a bad feeling she is likely not the only one. I would like to institute a permanent ban on DocClockwork, full stop.

Upon hearing this, and seeing in his site thread that he has a history of not knowing when to stop messaging people, I'd also like to move for permaban.

This seems to be the majority opinion of the currently active portion of SSSC.

I will be instituting this unless there's any serious disagreement in the next few minutes.

He used to message me pretty often with drafts on wikidot, and the only non-draft PMs I remember were him telling me that I was up for promotion in April (awhile ago) and (I think) one time he had a kidney stone and was messaging me from a hospital.

This is crossing the line. Advocating for perma.
