User SrCrowley made an unnecessary edit to SCP-999, changing a [DATA EXPUNGED] to [EXPLETIVE], with the edit comment "Changed 682's [DATA EXPUGNED] with [EXPLETIVE]. It's more appropiate for the context."
Sent him the following PM:
Hi SrCrowley,
I'm Zyn, a moderator for the SCP Foundation wiki.
It's come to staff attention that your recent edit to the site, namely on SCP-999 was unnecessary. While grammatical edits are appreciated, remember to consider an author's original intent before making edits, and please be more careful when changing articles. While punctuation and spelling can be changed, keep in mind that style points should remain as they are.
If you have any further questions, feel free to PM me or another staff member.
Regards,
Zyn
I don't anticipate further issues; the user also posted a full draft to the forums. They're just getting used to the site, is all.
