As posted on his Wikidot profile and corroborated by his DeviantArt profile, he appears to be underage (birthday 8 May 1999, which would make him 14), which means that either he slipped through the cracks or lied on his application. In either case, this should probably be taken care of post-haste.
In the event that he is removed from the site, someone should probably take down the image on 1365, if not the entire page — it's copyrighted content and I'm extremely uncomfortable having it on the site.
