Today, in my secret box, Reject informed me that WikiDot user Draco320 was pming him and asking for the password. Here's the text of his message:

[20:07:46] <Reject> i know, i know, it's wrong to ask you this but, can you help me? i cant find the pass on the guides :( and bright isnt is willing to help

So, yeah. Admins, if you see this guy, might be best to send him on his way.

e: he responded to Reject telling him to read the RR

"welp! thx anyway, and i will read everything again (you know… when you read something knowing that there is a password hidden you get stupidly exited about it and it's hard to find something that is right in front of you)"

This looks like
- intentionally breaking site etiquette (though granted, it's sort of unspoken because the guides don't blatantly mention the password)
- lying (I don't think Bright ever tells people to look for a password when he rejects apps)
- potentially more lying (and bad grammar to boot)
- self-centered concern (the rules are preventing him from getting accepted and posting an scp to the site guys, oh no)

Maybe I'm just cranky because people were being loud at 2 am last night and I didn't sleep well, but I'm not impressed by this guy's attempt to get into the site.

All this effort… for either intentionally avoiding reading the required stuff, or having such low reading comprehension that it's likely not worth letting him in anyways…

At what point can we try to report this guy for harassment of members?

I think this is the kind of guy not to worry about. We have banned guys for repeatedly asking about this kind of thing in the past, but the asking is not harassment.

Is the word "Rock" part of the password? Also, my friend told me the password was "Purple Rain" so i tried and you denied my application (Don't worry, i read everything before sending the app, even the cliches page hehe)

I replied:

And, seriously? He KNOWS there's a password, and can't find it?

He means that he skimmed the pages looking for a password, didn't see one, and because he skimmed them, he didn't actually discover that several of the pages have multiple sections.
