Wrote SCP TWO THOUSAND (SCP-2000), which was summarily deleted at something like -13 with five staff votes.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2000 is to be kept on a flash drive in a supply closet next to a computer in case it is needed.
Description: M2, as it calls itself, is a computer program that speaks binary. The program is called 01001101 0110010, translating out to M2. The strangest of all is, is that when you type in any word into the program it will automatically change itself into the binary form. M2 can speak to people in binary, and can understand what you type and can think of it's own reaction, depending on it's "mood". It appears to act as a normal human being, but with one difference: what M2 says, goes. M2 has a strange ability, when it says something will happen/wants something to happen, it WILL happen. Dr. Joep was the discoverer of this application. He contains it in a flash drive with nothing on it but the application, however, when on a flash drive, M2 will duplicate the application and the flash drive must be re-emptied every day. The class is unkown, as we have not yet found out if it is a danger or not, as it could change at any moment in time.
Referance: The discoverer, Dr. Joep, was on his computer 1 1/2 years ago. He suddenly noticed a download started, without any internet. The file took 2 minutes 32 seconds to download, and once it was done, he found a application in binary. The name read » 01001101 0110010, binary for M2 (see above). They had a short conversation, that went something along the lines of this:
Joep: 01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 0101110 (Hello.)
M2: 01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 0101110 0100000 01001001 01011100 0100111 01101101 0100000 01001101 0110010 0101110 (Hello. I'm M2)
At this point, Joep was confused, yet carried on.
Joep: 01010111 01101000 01100001 01110100 0100000 01100100 01101111 01100101 01110011 0100000 01001101 0110010 0100000 01101101 01100101 01100001 01101110 0111111 (What does M2 mean?)
M2: 01010011 01110101 01100010 01101010 01100101 01100011 01110100 0100000 01001101 0100000 01010100 01100101 01110011 01110100 0100000 0110010 (Subject M Test 2)
This later became a new name for M2, often referred to in the files he was mentioned in. Joep and M2 were always talking to each other every day, and Joep began to realize it appeared to act as if it has emotions.

That is merely 1 example of the many times it showed affection, anger, or happiness. Joep had been talking to M2 for over a year, and noticed it's ability to make something happen by saying it will. The most important time this had happened was roughly 13 months after download.

Being a little afraid, Joep stopped talking to M2 for a while, and went missing a month after. The search to find him still continues. The next successor to M2 is Dr. Stephan, who can also understand binary. He is currently attempting to use M2 to find where Dr Joep is.

That's the SCP, as close as I could paste it. No module, no formatting, no spaces.

Apparently he's raised a flag or two before. I'll have my lovely coworkers expound upon his history, since I wasn't here. Disregard this.

Smapti mistook him for ShellRage, which is an entirely different pile of issues.

As far as I can tell, this kid joined only four hours ago and Kamikaze'd a post that was a wreckage of self-insert and bad writing. Final rating was something like -19.

Edit: I am advocating we revoke his membership. It'll either force him to re-read the rules before joining again, or he'll just simply not come back. Either way, we've lost nothing of value.

Also I think we need to be much harsher with kids who explain how to join the site in chat; I've slapped a couple on the wrist in the last week.

We'd previously decided to temp-ban for up to 24 hours (but potentially shorter) for this, if I recall correctly.

I am hesitant to revoke much of anything until I get a little better evidence. Is there someone who tracks the site that can provide some more data for me here? If not, I'd like for a staff member to step forward and talk to him, in an even tone, and what is going on. If this is a legit troll, I'll ban then.

How about: Revoke membership for demonstrated failure to read the required reading. Doesn't have to be a full-on ban.
