Wiki user Kurm has been applying over and over again, going from age 13 to 15 in a matter of days. Each app has been declined up until now, when he finally sent in an acceptable application. But he's still way too underage.
To prevent him from slipping through the cracks as other underage apps get added to the page, I've accepted and banned him to prevent further applications from that account.
That said, keep an eye out for a 15 year old from Sheffield England named Karm that really wants to be part of the site.
