I have edited my closed post to an official warning (mainly so anyone who sees it knows it) and PM'd Guilliman with the following:

Guilliman, after staff discussion, consider this an official warning. Posting transphobic memes is completely inappropriate and will not be tolerated. It creates an adversarial environment for members of our community, which directly interferes with the purpose of this site.

Please do not do this again.

Anything further will be sent to Disciplinary (of which I am not a member).
