Borrowed the language here from Magnus with some small adjustments on my side for official-sounding language that we can put into rules.
A (non-disc) moderator, admin, or member of the disciplinary team may delete posts they feel are trolling/not conducive to anything other than the harm of the wiki, or users. This applies to only overt trolling/flame bait.
A record must be kept of the posts original location, along with a visual record of the post in question, which should include a staff post on 05 with a notice that this is being deleted and a record of who actually is deleting it. There must also be two witnesses to this deletion, like with any summary deletion.
Screenshots should be held in a publicly available, non-editable location, such as dropbox, google drive, or imgur, where people who want to see can.
