This is the December Moderator Promotion Thread.
Note: This thread is not for recommendations. If you feel that someone should be up for promotion, please PM me so I can add them to my list. This list is based off of the most popular suggestions for promotions among current staff members and site members.
This is still not a perfect process, but we've made some progress. Currently, we are examining the following people for promotions:
To Moderator: Heiden, Drewbear, and Eskobar.
Please reply using the following form for ease of tallying votes:

For each user you vote NO for, the administration would like to strongly encourage you to explain your reasons why. These people are obviously popular choices, or they wouldn't be there, so explaining your objections is the surest way to help them overcome the problems you see them having and aid them in becoming a choice you would support.
Important: If you would "neutral vote" for someone, please instead vote No. If they haven't made a strong enough impression on you that you would vote yes, then they don't need to be a staff member. People who insist on neutral voting will have their votes counted as negatives.
