24 hour ban for racism.

He posted: You're not gonna jew around and make it "Haha lol try and get out of bawks" are you?

i kicked him with a 'We don't need that kind of racism.

He responded with: Awww, I didn't mean it like that. I like this really cutejewish girl. She's very funny about hr fiscal responsibility. I'm sorry. Love you brighttttt.

Which I saw as a second comment on the same subject, and gave him a ban for it. Maybe over sensitive, but I really despise the casual racism against the Chosen People.

See, this is the kind of thing a person should keep to their friend circles, not a public site. It's fine if you cultivate a channer sense of humor at home, but we're really trying to distance ourselves from that here.

It think it speaks clearly to some degree of ignorance to think the Jews are a race, when the man was clearly referring to a religion.

I personally don't think he was getting at anything that wasn't a statement of support for the typical fiscal shrewdness and financial responsibility of the Jewish people.

It's also a gross disservice to the possibility that OTHER people may, in fact, be the Chosen people.

I think you're making some pretty big assumptions on the part of Yahweh here.

I don't see anything wrong with Bright's action. If he believes the guy was clearly being spiteful, then it's well within his mandate as an op to get rid of the guy.

Well, if you want to argue semantics, discrimination against the Jews isn't racism, as you're right, they're not actually a race, but a religion. Hence the word antisemitism.
