So the La Fundación SCP international branch recently celebrated their 5-year anniversary. Jakuwoski approached me about having a front page news mention of it. I originally said I didn't think it was a good idea since we don't really do the same for other sites and there wasn't a celebratory even happening, but someone else went and added a news entry.
So as to not seem like we're favoring any one site over the others, Jakuwoski helped compile the following in a PM sent to me:
Thanks to the help from Yorick1, who kindly researched and sends me this information, here are some of the date of began from several branches:
• Russian Branch: June 27, 2010
• French Branch: March 21, 2012
• Polish Branch: August 31, 2012
• German Branch: August 25, 2016Also, the Korean Branch started in 2012 but the oficial begans was in 2013 and the Italian Branch was founded in 2011.
I'm all for including our international branches in more of the front page news, especially since we don't have that many entries in a given month anyway. What do we think of this? Do we announce every anniversary, or just certain numbers?
