Apparently Dexanote deleted the IRG entry from the GOI page on the 11th of October. As far as I'm aware there was no consensus towards this matter.

Simply put, I'm asking why?

A couple of us decided that because it's an actual organization, we should at least come up with a fictional analogue instead of using them. Should have put a thing up on 05 here to announce it, I did mean to come back to that. Sorry, I goofed.

But there were a few of us in Staffchat who okayed it. If this wasn't okay, we can revert.

No no, you're right, it's just that there wasn't anything on the 05, so I thought you were off doing this alone, which would have been bad.

As is, Gaffney asked me if he could write up a replacement totally-not-the-IRG with real world connotations removed and I gave him to go-ahead.

So all is as it should be.

That definitely needed to be discussed on here, IMO.

That said, I agree thoroughly with the result. Even if Gaffney's replacement is shitty it will still be better than what we had before, just my $0.02
