They seem to be assuming we'd say "yes". For a lot of Web creative projects, publicity like this would be occasion for "OH GOD YES DO IT NOWWW" and over-the-moon excitement, regardless of whether there's profit involved; people think we're like that.

We are not. Get our permission before you try to profit from us, people. You need to ask for it, and we need to give it.

They're cognizant of the fact that if they do go ahead and sell a game on Steam, we or anyone else could immediately turn around and make their product available for free, right?
