Updated the page with the new timer codes.

Timers are fixed now. Looks like when I uploaded a new version of timers.js with an edit to the deletion post content it also went live with something I was trying out. Guess what, it didn't work. :p

Timers edited to:

1. Show the deletion timer view on page load (instead of having to select it first)
2. Differentiate between articles older than 6 months and more recently posted articles when providing the text for the deletion vote. For articles older than 6 months, it now explicitly says to contact the Rewrite Team. If more recent, it says to just get permission from the author and copy the page source.

Opportunity is spelled "oppportunity" when bringing up the deletion timer.

EDIT: Now the timers aren't loading for me at all?

Noting that I've made sure articles tagged as "in-rewrite" don't show up in the deletion timer list anymore. This makes accidental deletion votes impossible.

I've modified the timers a bit.

1. You can now choose your own label if you choose the "Generic" option
2. Made sure the "Refresh" link shows even when there's no articles up for a deletion vote.
3. When you click "Refresh" or load the page, you'll see "Loading…" now. This way you know it's actually doing something. ;)
4. When you click "Refesh", if you had the preview open, it'll now close that for you.
