Alright. Since there seems to be strong support in a regular review of people and set of promotions, I'm going to… do just that. This is mid-September, which will fit the rotation nicely for a three month cycle. The next promotion thread will be made in mid-December, then mid-March, then mid-June, then mid-September, etc, etc, etc.
Note: This thread is not for recommendations. If you feel that someone should be up for promotion, please PM me so I can add them to my list. This list is based off of the most popular suggestions for promotions among current staff members and site members (yes, I asked site members, and no to all of you reading, I didn't not-ask-you because I hate you. Relax and send me a wikidot PM if there's someone you want terri-bad.)
This is not currently a perfect process, so we'll iron out some bumps along the way. Eventually, we'll have a full compiled list of people who are up for possible staff promotion. Currently, we are staring down the barrel of the following promotions:
To Senior Staff: Murphy, Djoric, Drewbear, Eric_H, and Roget.

For each user you vote NO for, the administration would like to strongly encourage you to explain your reasons why. These people are obviously popular choices, or they wouldn't be there, so explaining your objections is the surest way to help them overcome the problems you see them having and aid them in becoming a choice you would support.
