Got a case forwarded over from IO:

Basic RP page that does both in-character original posts and copied-over SCPs from the wiki. They do list the wiki url on their "About" section, but no CC declaration/no attribution on copied-over posts/nothing explicitly indicating that they're unofficial. It's a bit late here rn, but I think I'll be able to shoot them a message within the next day or so.

Also just adding that the official page isn't able to send messages to people unless they've messaged us first or posted on our page so we can't use it to contact them.
