User self-deleted, edited, then reposted a poorly received article: SCP-1650.

It wasn't done in malice so user given a warning. Also, it should be noted that he apologized in the comments about doing this.

Eh. That's fine. I think the big issue recently was with people making few to no edits before immediately reposting under a different slot to try and gain the system.

yeah, so far as i understand it it is perfectly acceptable to delete and repost a poorly received article SO LONG AS you made significant changes to it. same as it's acceptable to repost it after a staff deletion, so long as, again, it has had significant changes.

from what i recall, the scenario described here isnt even against the rules, though admittedly it's in poor taste and not likely to make people any more favorable to the article, by outright forcing them to vote again if they want to have any say.
