This is a good guideline to follow. Ideally, even the "overall" section shouldn't be copy-pasted.
I write them up myself when I see potential or it needs more detailed explanation; the concept part is mostly for the first drafts new users write up, usually in the generic monster or 'thing that kills you' category.
For example: Say someone writes in their draft something along the lines of:
''SCP-XXXX should be monitored by at least X security personnel at all times.''
Then I can paste:
''Saying that something should be monitored at all times means that you have some poor bastard keep their eyes on an object 24 hours a day, maybe in shifts with other people if they're lucky. Think about how many man-hours that would take. If the Foundation does its job properly, it shouldn't be able to break out of the containment chamber, and the constant monitoring wouldn't be necessary.''
Instead of having to type it out every time.
