ETA: noting that as of 11/15/17, someone withe the username Yerris applied for site membership. They have the same icon and are also from Canada. Likely not a sockpuppet, but just noting it here for records-keeping.

Side note: their "oskar" thread seems to be weirdly integrated with a draft they have written for their sandbox: http://scpsandbox2.wikidot.com/techdoomsday

Which may explain why they made it in the first place, though it doesn't excuse the spam.

Deepest apologies, I did not see the previous two occurrences and thus did not get the warning memo.
I must ask why this behaviour is unauthorized as I am simply attempting to remind other users (of same authority, I meant no condescending tone to those I "backseat moderated" which I find an extremely derogatory term for my actions.) of the rules or recommended action. I find it interesting how you do not allow this behavior, and I do not understand the implications.

I did not ask any user to be banned or thread to be locked, or was attempting to tell the staff how to do their individual jobs. Only telling those who needed a reminder of forum conduct.

PMed back noting that in one thread they gave misleading direction, and another thread misleading direction, and staff are given guides/overviews to know how to handle the forums correctly. And as such to let staff handle giving directions.

Seems they haven't gotten the message about backseat modding despite everything:

Altoid kid, bumping threads is spammy, I don't recommend doing it, I am not staff but I am quite sure it is against the rules to bump your thread. Advertise it in IRC chat instead or PM someone.
Mind that I am not staff, and this information may or may not be accurate.

Amnaich This criticism is not helpful and potentially harmful. I, as a user, urge you to read the scp guides before performing any more criticism. Had the creator taken your criticism, the article may have been further deteriorated.

This is not intentionally backseat modding in my perspective
