Gradion2411 wrote up SCP-3067, which many commentors pointed out is straight-up Venom from Spiderman - complete with picture.
Calling for summary deletion. Lily will post pics in this thread.
I don't think this is plagiarism, especially since he went ahead and added the Venom pic. Likely just cluelessness about doing pop culture references. In light of that, I recommend just a revoke for Gradion2411.

Item#: SCP-3067
Object class: Euclid
[Special Containment Procedures]
SCP-3067 is to be contained in a glass container with a concrete base when no bonding or testing sessions are being carried out.
No personnel is allowed in the containment area for SCP-3067 for 3 hours or more.
In the unlikely event that SCP-3067 escapes this container then the sonic speakers outfitted in the containment area are to be activated for no longer than 5 seconds, make sure all personnel are wearing sound protection and are clear of the containment area before this is carried out. After the sonic speakers have been activated, personnel must enter the containment area and return SCP-3067 to its container, personnel must use a tool to avoid direct contact with SCP-3067, be they wearing armor or protective clothing or not.
Any personnel experiencing the "withdrawal" effects from SCP-3067 (see addendum 1) are to be kept in the medical bay adjacent to the SCP-3067 containment area. If the subjects attempt to enter the SCP-3067 containment area, they are to be subdued and captured, or terminated if necessary. The same is true for anyone who would attempt to steal SCP-3067 or use it as a weapon.
In the unlikely event that a second instance of SCP-3067 is created (see addendum 2), all research and D-class personnel are to be evacuated, and all security personnel are to be equipped with incendiary weapons such as flamethrowers and devices of any kind that is capable of making sounds over 50 decibels. The second instance of SCP-3067 will pose a major threat to the Foundation and must be destroyed.
[Description]
SCP-3067 is a black liquid, similar in viscosity to oil or tar and is very adhesive. However, when in proximity to a living organism, SCP-3067 will attempt to bond with the subject as a potential host. Bonding has several phases, the first being that SCP-3067 move towards the subject. It accomplishes this by changing its shape to resemble an arachnid or octopus, and walking or pulling itself in the direction of the subject. If SCP-3067 is still in its glass container then it will press itself against the glass in the direction of the subject.
The second phase of the bonding process takes place when SCP-3067 is close enough to the subject, where it will change and stretch its shape to possess large tendrils in an attempt to attach itself to the subject. The third phase being that once SCP-3067 has attached itself to a subject it will begin morph its shape to cover the subject entirely, attempts by the subject to stop this from happening have little effect and are ultimately futile as SCP-3067 grows around their bodies. SCP-3067 will attach itself to the outside of a subject and will grow over the top of any clothes, including protective suits or armor.
Once the subject is completely covered by SCP-3067, the subject will experience several physical and mental changes, indicating that SCP-3067 has fully bonded to the subject as a host. Many of the changes experienced are dependent on the host itself, however there are some universal differences among hosts. The host will possess significantly increased strength, stamina, overall vitality, reflexes and rapid healing of any wounds while bonded to SCP-3067.
Depending on the host, SCP-3067 can change its appearance wildly once it is bonded. If the host is feral or naturally hostile then SCP-3067 will change its appearance to appear more threatening e.g. adding spines, large claws and teeth, and weaponized versions of the host’s appendages such as the fingers or tail. However, requests to use SCP-3067 as a weapon are to be denied.
SCP-3067 can make its host appear much larger in bone and muscle structure, and creates large white or light grey spots of varying size and shape over the host's eyes to allow the host to see. SCP-3067 is typically black while bonded to a host but can use a variety other colors depending on the host, most notably human hosts that a wearing clothes of different colors.
SCP-3067 will take several specific fluids from its host, such as several brain fluids, blood, glucose, and several vitamins. However, this process of "feeding" happens very slowly, and has shown minimal detrimental effects on the hosts, this is likely done to keep the host alive and healthy for as long as possible.

There does not seem to be any limit as to how large or small an organism can be for SCP-3067 to bond to, despite the apparent amount of liquid that SCP-3067 is comprised of. During testing it was able to bond to and giraffe and an elephant. There was an indecent when SCP-3067 had seemed to have breached containment, but had actually bonded itself to a fly that flew into the containment area. Testing for if SCP-3067 can bond to smaller creatures is ongoing.
The ideal host for SCP-3067 is humans, and SCP-3067 will ignore other organisms if a human is in range. If a nearby human is fleeing then SCP-3067 will bond to any nearby organisms if they provide greater speed.
SCP-3067 seems impossible to remove its host. If the host or anyone else attempts to tear it off then it just grow back. If pieces of SCP-3067 are separated it will almost instantly re-join with the rest of SCP-3067, it will even prioritize staying in one piece to bonding with a human. However, it has weaknesses. Its main vulnerability being sound, any sound above louder than 20 decibels will stun and disorient SCP-3067 for several seconds. Any sound above 40 decibels will destabilize SCP-3067, and if such sounds are consistent then SCP-3067 will eventually lose the strength to completely cover its host and if the host can pull SCP-3067 off of them, if they are able to function while exposed to such sounds. Consistent sounds above 50 decibels will cause SCP-3049 lose grip on its host and will fall to the ground and revert to its original state although clearly greatly distressed, this sound must be consistent as if it stops then SCP-3067 will almost immediately recover and search for a new host. SCP-3067's containment area is fitted with special speakers that are capable of making sonic sound, if these are activated for a few seconds then SCP-3067 will collapse into a puddle and remain immobile for several minutes, though this is to be used as a last resort as they're likely to kill the host if they're human or not. SCP-3067 is also vulnerable to fire. It can catch fire quite easily and the fire will burn at a similar rate to paper or wood until it dies if it does not change its shape to snuff out the fire. This weakness could be used to destroy SCP-3067 if it becomes necessary.
[Psychological effects]
When SCP-3067 has no host it shows no intelligence outside of finding a suitable host and bonding to it. SCP-3067 seems to share various traits with its host, including its level of intelligence. When it is bonded to a host with intelligence but little self-awareness, such as a common dog, SCP-3067 shows minor influence over the actions of the host, such as encouraging it to move towards the closest human as fast as possible. It also amplifies its base instincts, such as increased hostility towards any personnel besides its handler, amplifying its sense of smell and hunger to the point that it tracked down a researcher eating a sandwich on his lunch break several rooms away. Whether or not this increase in appetite was due to SCP-3067 taking the host's glucose is unknown.
When SCP-3067 is bonded to a human, it develops sentience and intelligence equal to that of the host. SCP-3067 can telepathically communicate to its host at the speed of human thought, this can allow SCP-3067 and a human host to have long conversations in seconds. Due to the nature of communication, the host can effortlessly translate the thoughts, feelings and telepathic dialogue of SCP-3067 to other personnel. Through this method, a lot of conclusions have been drawn about SCP-3067, and it has been cooperative with the foundation.
The following statements have been made by a D-class personnel that was bonded with SCP-3067 and instructed to ask it various questions:
- "It wants to find the perfect host, the one life form that it will work alongside to help all life on Earth prosper."
- "It isn't sure if the perfect host will be the human, or if it hasn't found the right human. It's quite surprised by the variety in humanity, how every single one thinks differently somehow."
- "It likes bonding to humans so much because when it's bonded to nothing else can allow it to think like we can. When it's bonded to a human, it can think creatively, it can be self-aware. But when it's bonded to anything else, it's limited to the mental capacity of an animal."
- "Whenever it bonds to someone, it wants to befriend them, get to know them intimately. There's not much point in symbiosis or synergy if there's no trust. People are often afraid of it before it bonds to them, it's not really sure what it's like when it doesn't have a host, as it can't think at that point, it's mindless. Once it's bonded it tries it's best to leave a good impression on the host."
- "In the few cases that a D-class personnel used it as a weapon to try and breach containment, it didn't really have a choice. Whenever it bonds to someone, it shares their desires, and amplifies them, even if it's to escape the Foundation."
Attempts to ask SCP-3067 about its origin were unsuccessful.
[History]
SCP-3067 was found among the belongings of Edward █████ when he was arrested for suspected assault on ██ August 19██. SCP-3067 bonded to one of the police officers, where it immediately gained the attention of SCP Agents, it took 2 hours to find a way to remove SCP-3067 from the officer, before all witnesses were given amnestics and released. Edward █████ committed suicide during what appeared to be a heroin withdrawal in his cell before Foundation staff could question him, though no heroin or any similar drugs nor means of administering them were among his possessions.
[Addendum 3067-1 - Effects of prolonged exposure]
During testing it was discovered that personnel who spent long periods of time bonded to SCP-3067 had microscopic particles of the liquid that SCP-3067 is comprised of in their bloodstream. The same was soon found in personnel who had bonded to SCP-3067 to heal wounds of varying severity. This seemed to go unnoticed, as the researchers tended not to use too many different test subjects, instead adhering to SCP-3067's request to only have one person to bond to, to form a "deeper bond with them." This particular D-class personnel was temporarily suspended from contact with SCP-3067, and taken to the medical ward to assess the effects of the microscopic particles of SCP-3049 along with the other personnel who were experiencing the same problem.
It was discovered that if anyone who spent more than 3 hours bonded to SCP-3067 uninterrupted, then SCP-3067 would implant these microscopic parts of itself into its host the same way it extracts the hosts bodily fluids without the host even noticing. Once these particles are in the bloodstream, then the affected person becomes "addicted" SCP-3067. As they get a compulsion to bond to SCP-3067, and they longer they're separate the stronger the compulsion gets. The "withdrawal" is similar to withdrawal from various narcotics and recreational drugs or alcohol. The symptoms subside once a bond with SCP-3067 is established, but will eventually come back after the bond is broken. The symptoms will also worsen the further away the affected subject is from SCP-3067. To amend this issue, one of the rooms adjacent to SCP-3067's containment area has been changed into a medical room to treat the affected personnel. However this area must be closely monitored to make sure the patients don't escape.
When a D-class personnel was instructed to ask SCP-3067 about this topic, he made this reply:
"It only wanted to create a deeper and stronger bond with its host, so it gave them a small part of itself to remind them of their special relationship, to leave a permanent impression on them the same way they have a lasting impression on it, and it reflects them in its new bonds in a small way. It’s not its own fault that it keeps getting separated from its hosts, but the Foundation's fault. It understands why it keeps getting separated, but feels that it is unfair. It's in its nature to have long bonds and relationships with its hosts, it takes months and years to decide if the bond is the one it intends to keep for the rest of its life. Sure some people have been left crippled in its wake, but that just proves that they were unworthy."
It is important to note that it is possible to treat subjects affected by this with blood transfusions to flush the particles SCP-3067 out of their bloodstream. SCP-500 and other curing SCP's cure this condition as well.

*Incident Report conclusion*
Start and end time and date: 7:56-8:41, 24th November 20██
Casualty Count: [DATA EXPUNGED]
Extra details: SCP-3067 was questioned following the incident. SCP-3067 stated: "He was my son. He was a monster, but I'm very sad that he's dead. I'm very sorry that so many innocent people died, but he was a new-born, he had no time to learn restraint, and he was too tainted for me to teach. I'll remember him, but I promise, this won't happen again. I see now that humanity was not meant to be my perfect host, and so I will not be able to save the world as I hoped. Do with me as you must, I'll cooperate. I don't have anything to live for anymore."
