There's some parts in before, because before "Barkz" changed his name to "Tarpsocks", a newbie called Barkleypupz was hanging around, which sounds sort of like Barkz. I'm on mibbit currently so I couldn't see what happened with him but he left at some point during the event. Which is kind of weird.
If he keeps coming back, would SynIRC be able to do anything about it?

The horsepenor returns to blast us from the past. Hit the banwall with a pretty flagrantly trolly hostmask, tried to appeal and got kb'ed from 17. Logs are below.
