Guys.
And by guys I mostly mean waxx. It happens with others, but you're the main offender, and that's not just my opinion.
Seriously? At what point did we decide that it was okay to question one another's moderative decisions in front of the regular users?
Look. It's understandable that once in a while a member of staff will disagree with another's judgement. That's fine. But it is never okay to bring moderative infighting or disagreement to the attention of the userbase. It makes us all look weak, and undermines authority. It promotes the idea that white knighting against the staff a la aesop is not only acceptable but encouraged, and it's just crass.
If a member of staff disagrees with another staff member, that shit should be handled via PM or in one of the exclusive channels, out of sight of new users. Publicly, we need to promote a facade of unity. When stuff like this goes down, that doesn't happen.
