Confirmed, it was literally a copy-and-paste they tried to pass off as their own. Banned, marked as perma, no regrets.

Guy with the name Dr FunGuy came in and it turned into complaints about 940. Not sure if it was FunGuy or Ratlock, whose relevant thread (and post regarding this incident) is linked.

Note that the third hoststring section of the user here (78982AC3.IP) matches the one from this post, who is a more persistent troll. Either he is impersonating DrFunGuy or DrFunGuy is also related to this troll- the lack of DrFunGuy committing similar actions on the wiki as Ratlock did leads me to believe the former. I'd say this should not be used as disciplinary evidence against the wiki account as it stands, for however little that changes things.
