Due to the nature of this change, I wanted to open it up to an official, staff wide vote. Operational Staff, Moderators, and Administrators should all vote on this.
This is a measure to allow administrators to serve as Team Captains. In this capacity, they would have the duties of the captain of that team as well as the duties of an administrator, which could easily become a large work load. With this in mind, teams with administrative captains will have at least two active Go-To admins who will work in concert with the Team Captain to help alleviate this stress.
Administrator Captains are encouraged to put their team first whenever possible, though deliberate or inadvertent neglect of administrative site duties is highly discouraged and cause for reexamining your own abilities. Administrative Team Captains should actively look for and train replacements for their Team Captain rolls, but this does not have a hard deadline. Some teams naturally have lower activity levels than others, and depending on the admin duties they take on, there may be no need for this at all.
This is a simple measure, and with Discussion having been quite light and with a high level of agreement, I only request an 'in favor' or 'against' vote.

If the voting majority of active and reserve staff are in favor of this vote (40 active and reserve, so 21 is the finish line1), the Staff Structure page will be updated to reflect it. Otherwise, there will be a note concerning this vote and a link to it added to the Staff Structure page to make note of the final tally.
Edit: Removing timer. Measure carried with approximately 14 hours remaining.
