Author, you should really read the How to Write an SCP Guide, use the Sandbox to write your draft and post it on the Draft Section of the Forum.
Your skip is a basic TTKY (Thing-That-Kills-You) skip, the writing standards have changed since the First series, "monsters that kill you" are no longer interesting. You have to subvert your idea, most skips that are successful nowadays rely on a very strong narrative or on mind-bending twists and originality.
Moreover, your article has a lot of formatting issues (unnecessary paragraphs that are making reading more difficult, lack of the description and mainly WHERE ARE THE CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES ?????. It's not because a skip isn't captured yet that you should delete this section, you have to write that your skip is on the loose in that section, and who is looking for it. Reading the rest of the article, this makes even less sense since the skip is immobile and its location is precisely known)
That part should be at the beginning of the description, and 2 dimensions for a 3 dimensional object are bad. AND USE THE METRIC SYSTEM (this is a huge mistake, the Foundation is composed of scientists, and thus, they use the metric system which is the standard measure system in science).
False. It's not because you can't destroy it that you can't contain it, for example, I don't know, something like :
SCP-173 or SCP-682 or SCP-106 or SCP-096 ???!!!
