Shaggydredlocks brought the same idea up in 19 just an hour ago, so I'll reiterate my opinion here: YES! We have a lot of amazing artwork but it understandably gets buried beneath the SCPs and tales. The search-by-tag page is too hidden to really bring the artwork to the attention of our members.

Sidebar could definitely use some cleaning-up too, actually. But I would definitely like to have a link to artwork pages on the sidebar.
Lily pointed out in 17 that there's already a sorta art hub existing. It's really old and as such not all links are working anymore. But if we make a new hub we should probably port the stuff from there over.

I think we should update this preexisting hub Lily pointed out to contain all artwork currently in the artwork tag, and then link the updated page in the sidebar.
Seconding Cyantreuse. Three of our biggest pages just got massive revamps for easier viewing and reading; no sense in leaving this one in the cold.
I volunteer to make/redo this hub.
Also, no sidebar link. Other tab is sufficient.
I co-volunteer to help you make it, if you would like. I can do Photoshop stuffs if needed, and I have a few ideas for how to showcase a selection from each artist's work beside their page link.

Yea, my sleepy brain was too tired to make a post. SunnyClockwork pointed out the Visual Records page as being a art hub already (albeit, outdated as heck).
Considering the current discussion on Image Policy (namely Gaff's suggestion here), could we separate the new Art hub from the visual records entirely? Therefore, we can entirely dedicate Visual Records being a place one can reliably1 find CC compliant work for their SCPs (such as Roget's and Faminepulse's galleries here, the CC image search link, etc).

Albeit, very outdated. But it's a start. I was actually proposing this as well to people. We don't need a link to the VR site in the Artwork page.
Also, just to have a record of this, the following articles on the original page are being slotted for deletion (decommission really) after discussions with staff.
