Ok this is ridiculous. People have complained about site19 being a safe space for hypersensitive people getting triggered about minor issues. In site19, I get kicked for telling a member by the name of Roxie to shut up because all she does is complain about Cis people being stupid and trans being awesome. She constantly spreads that narrative and is quick to attack others that do not entirely agree with her and also started getting upset about a Joke SCP written FIVE YEARS AGO! All this person does is complain and get triggered over stupid garbage, and the worst part is, some of you people back her up. Even when this individual has said some pretty crass stuff in the past but you allow it out of fear of being labeled something terrible.

I accept that I was kicked and I won't even appeal to it, but what I WON'T accept is this same person going onto another chat that's supposed to be where people can say what they want, and requesting for me to be kicked there. Even goes as far as to say that Cis gender people are stupid while trans people rock.

I actually took screenshots of what happened in site13 where I spoke with one of the mods for a few minutes before going inactive while Roxies decides to cry saying "Malikc6 is a woman hater" and somehow gets me banned. I'm a woman hater for liking an SCP Joke made 5 years ago.

I know staff all know this, but to reiterate in case it's unclear to people involved: users can say whatever the hell they want in peoples' personal chats, regardless of how offensive it is.

The only exception is if they stalk and harass fellow members of our community. (And that means actual harassment, not "being mean to each other.")

There isn't anything wrong with this so long as it's not excessive, so no, malikc6 should not be making frivolous reports.

If it gets annoying, or creepy, or whatever, ops can deal with it ourselves — without someone demanding we do so because they're mad they couldn't make dehumanizing comments about actual people and can't see a single difference.

As an aside, I'm not excited about the current trend of users violating rules or being shitty, and then picking something that isn't a problem but that they personally don't like and drawing a parallel with that, as if a ban appeal is a time to bargain. Operators are not obligated to remove any conversation topic that any user kind of doesn't like, and especially not a user who's regularly violating rules.

You're correct I was not appealing for my kick from Site19. I accept that political discussion can continue in an open forum without racism, sexism, etc. My suggestion wasn't for me and I promise you that I wasn't trying to equate my situation with it. There have been MANY users who have gotten very emotional when discussing economics/politics and you are a witness to that being a mod in a chatroom. Especially when the discussion about communism/capitalism pops up.

I repeat political discussion can stay but my reasoning for my suggestion was that it would likely severely limit the bad arguments people get into. Bad arguments lead to insults which lead into flamewars and then kicks/bans happen. I was not defending hate speech, but merely suggesting that political talk could be out or at least heavily monitored.

That's all I have to say. As for ARD, I felt insulted because this is something I have genuinely noticed. It was not me complaining why I was kicked. Basically it was ARD assuming that I was which I was not.
