if he has this big of a problem, tell him to talk to me. Also, some details on what happened would help. I don't doubt for one second that he's a twit who will end up permabanned, but I want to address his huffy argument if I can. Maybe I can get through to him…but if not, then we can at least say we handled him in as a professional manner as possible on the internet.
