So we handled a few Etsy items before we had this forum, and I realize that like a few other sites, it might be prudent to have a continuing thread for this. New issues go in their own reply, and updates on that batch go in replies to that post.
We've got three new items to handle today. Will be sending message as soon as this is posted.

SCP-173 message:
Ahoy hoy!
I’m with the SCP Wiki licensing team! I'm messaging you to inform you that while the majority of works on our site are under a Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0) license (link here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ ) this does not hold true for all works on our site. One of the works under a different license is the SCP-173 article.
Under the terms of our license with the originator of SCP-173's image (based on the sculpture "Untitled 2004" by Izumi Kato) no derivative works based on our secondary interpretation of that sculpture may be sold under any circumstances. That, sadly, includes your product here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/257361100/scp-173
So I have to ask that you take down the listing. If you want to sell other products based on other SCP articles you're free to do so. Those products should abide by our sitewide license, which requires you credit the original author, the original site location, and state that your derivative works are, themselves, licensed CC BY-SA 3.0 (you can use the item description on Etsy for that information). The only exceptions to our site-wide license are SCP-173, SCP-111, and SCP-1926. Anything else is fair game!
Thanks! If you have any other questions don't be afraid to contact me back here or at our email address: moc.liamg|gnisnecilpcs#moc.liamg|gnisnecilpcs .

Everything else:
Ahoy hoy!
I’m with the SCP Wiki licensing team! The SCP Wiki’s works are under an Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0) license (link here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ ). I’d like to help you get your own products bearing the site’s content and ideas into compliance with that license. So let’s get started!
First let me directly link you to the product or products in question:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/250902251/scp-patch
Now. In your item description, there should be a linkback to the SCP wiki, a link to the originating article if you’re using content from a specific SCP or Tale, and a listing of the author of that article. You can find the author of an article by looking at the page itself, scrolling down and clicking “history”. Look for the earliest edit, and the username associated with that edit.
Here’s an example of the proper attribution regarding a product which references no specific wiki pages: " Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 and all concepts originate from http://www.scp-wiki.net. "
And here’s an example of the proper attribution regarding a product which references, in this example, SCP-682: " Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0. All concepts originate from www.scp-wiki.net; SCP-682 was written in 2008 by Wikidot user “Dr Gears” and can be found here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682 "
If you want to learn anything else about our licensing policy, you can look here for more information: http://www.scp-wiki.net/licensing-guide . We have specific and different guidelines with regards to works featuring SCP-111, SCP-173, and SCP-1926. If you plan to use either art or text from those articles, be sure to look at the licensing guide first.
We’re really quite excited to see you creating products featuring work from the wiki and helping ensure you’re following the license is a great way to make sure you can create more in the future! Once you’ve gotten this message, let me know you’ve made the appropriate changes with a message on Etsy and I’ll follow up. If you need licensing help outside of Etsy products, don’t be afraid to email me here: moc.liamg|gnisnecilpcs#moc.liamg|gnisnecilpcs

https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/250902251/scp-patch and https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/240645817/scp-foundation-patch are now properly licensed. Still waiting on a reply for the 173 thing.
This should've been a reply to the above post. Mrrr.
173 item is now down also.
Pointed out to us by someone in 34. Just logging for now because I've never used our Etsy account before; will send the message to them if wanted.
Edit: Sent:
Hi there! My name is Cyantreuse and I'm staff on the SCP wiki's licensing branch. We noticed that you're selling a painting of an SCP wiki work, that being SCP-1471. ( https://www.etsy.com/listing/515033787/scp-1471?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=SCP&ref=sr_gallery_7 ) Commercialization of SCP content is allowed, but you do need to attribute to the SCP wiki's licensing in order to be in compliance with said licensing requirements. Please put the following in a conspicuous location on the sale page:
"Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 and all concepts originate from http://www.scp-wiki.net."
Some additional information: If your work references a specific article, it should link back to said article and reference said article's author in a similar format, with a hyperlink to the article in question. Please note that works depicting SCP-173, SCP-111, and SCP-1926 have special commercialization parameters, and as such, you should read http://www.scp-wiki.net/licensing-guide in its entirety to err on the safe side of sales if you ever decide to do art of those specific articles.
Thank you and let us know if you have any questions,
Cyantreuse
got this answer:
Of course! I apologize, I did not realize. I shall provide the following link;
"Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 and all concepts originate from www.scp-wiki.net.";
on the description. Please let me know if there is anything else needed, I did not mean to copyright, as I am just a big fan of SCP.
Thanks!
sent this back:
That is technically sufficient, but it would be advised to also link to the original article and cite its author. In this case, that would be "Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 and all concepts originate from www.scp-wiki.net. SCP-1471 was written by LurkD and can be found here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1471."
