So I was digging into the last Amazon thread and whilst I got a pretty quick turnaround on our unresolved items I found three more while looking at this page:

So. We're going to do the same thing with Amazon that we've done with redbubble. Each new set of products will have its own reply in this thread, and further discussion will be replies to that reply.

Right now the above product is the only one I have a link to. I can send takedowns in batches of 50, so once I either get to that number or stop finding new products, I'll send the takedown notices again.

Decided to split this work up into sections to make the job a little easier. This is the clothing section.

I found 101 non-compliant items and 2 SCP-173 items for sale.

The not-173 stuff were all sent takedowns with this message:

The products do not adhere to the originating license (specifically, they do not credit the SCP Foundation Wiki for the originating concepts nor are they, themselves, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License). Due to this violation of our content license, we are requesting that these items be removed.

Product listings and designs must adhere to the site's license (again a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License). Descriptions must contain both a credit to the originating page (for specific concepts) or a credit to the wiki itself for general usage of the concepts or logos (specifically " http://www.scp-wiki.net/ "). Descriptions must also explicitly define the product itself as under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License. Any future products by these sellers which adhere to these restrictions will be in compliance with our site-wide license.

The SCP-173 items were sent a similar but different takedown which I unfortunately didn't save a copy of before I sent it.

Either way, I'm currently awaiting responses. That's 103 takedowns sent, so I don't imagine the turnaround to be very quick.

My imagination was lacking. All of them are processed and taken down, it seems. Will start a new reply chain when I get a new batch of issues.

These designs are still up but they are not being sold by anyone (last I'd looked anyway). I need to figure out how we're going to handle the designs since new people just keep selling them after we have them taken down. I can just keep on doing takedowns as they crop up but it strikes me as a bad option.

The game was a different matter entirely, and is why it took me so long to conclude this. Amazon provides no contact information on sellers, but the ap was also being sold on iTunes, and they do provide such information. After a claim there, the ap's creator updated all stores with the proper attribution.
