No, it is not ai. Why? That was my first idea (Was reading about something) and then realised it didn’t fit the SCP so I edited the post.
SCP-XXXX’s anomalous property comes from a ’curse’ which he was born with. (I don’t know if tthats too childish) His parents unknowingly angered a sarcic being or cult, which is why he is born with that.
