I banned the user from the network after they refused to leave, received a warning kick, rejoined, left, and rejoined again. Chat staff will consider their appeal.

Of note, the user specifically stated that they were "not an ally" and when I informed them that they were not welcome on the network, immediately backpedaled.

After discussion, chatstaff has voted to decline the user's appeal. They may appeal again on August 17, 2027. I have notified them.
