-object #- SCP-XXXX
-Object Class- Euclid
-Containment Procedures- To be kept in a radiation-resistant, non-conductive cell. In case of a breach, the object must be covered in water or another non-combustable liquid.
-Containment Report- On ██████, local law enforcement in ██████, ██████, reported sightings of a large humanoid creature trying to break into reactor █ in the ██████ nuclear power plant. MTF-███████-██ reached the scene and captured the creature without much resistance, as the anomaly was found unconscious. On ██████ the anomaly was delivered to site ██-█ pending classification and testing.
-Testing reports – The anomaly nicknamed "nuclei" was sent to Dr.█████, who classified it as Euclid and approved additional testing that was conducted on ██████ by Dr.██████ who created the following report – The anomaly is a large humanoid skeletal creature 283 cm tall, with thin bony arms and a metallic chest made of uranium-235 and plutonium-239 with trace amounts of other radioisotopes; the spine seems to be made entirely of ████████-███.
The creature is aware of its needs and surroundings, using improvised tools like nuclear control rods to try and break through the reinforced concrete surrounding the reactor cores it was trying to reach.
The anomaly seems to draw power from the radioactive materials in its chest and store extra energy in its abdomen capable of holding 34 kWh, which is used for sustenance and combat.
The anomaly's limbs seem to conduct energy through the body and into the air by █████ █████ ███████; the lightning produced can severely burn victims and incapacitate them based on the anomaly's frame of mind.
The anomaly gets energy from its nuclear core, and if threatened enough, it can start heating any object it is physically touching to temperatures exceeding █████°C, after which it stops to cool down its core.
The anomaly can consume radioactive resources to grow immensely powerful. for a limited duration, usually 2-3 hours per gram of reactor-grade uranium-235.
-Recent Events- In the mass containment breach of site-██-█ orchestrated by the serpent's hand, SCP-XXXX also escaped containment for multiple hours. Realising that the more anomalies that escape give it a better chance of escape, it started melting the containment cells of other SCPs. SCP-XXXX was recaptured by MTF ███████-██ 24 hours after its initial escape

# SCP-XXXX
**Object Class:** Euclid
## Special Containment Procedures
SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a purpose-built, radiation-shielded, non-conductive containment chamber at Site-██-█. The chamber walls are to be constructed from layered borated concrete with integrated thermal suppression systems capable of maintaining an internal temperature below 10°C at all times. Internal furnishings are to remain minimal and consist only of approved non-conductive materials.
In the event of a containment breach, personnel are not to engage SCP-XXXX directly unless equipped with Class-IV radiation protection and insulated equipment. If the anomaly displays signs of thermal escalation or electrical discharge, the chamber is to be flooded with water or another approved non-combustible coolant to reduce core temperature and inhibit electrical conductivity. Under no circumstances are radioactive materials to be transported within 100 m of the containment chamber without Level-4 authorization.
## Containment Report
On ██████, local law enforcement in ██████, ██████, responded to reports of an unidentified humanoid entity attempting to breach Reactor █ of the ██████ Nuclear Power Facility. Initial responders reported intense localized radiation, electrical interference affecting communications equipment, and unexplained thermal damage to reinforced security doors despite no evidence of explosives or cutting equipment.
Mobile Task Force ██████-██ arrived approximately 37 minutes after the initial emergency call. SCP-XXXX was located unconscious approximately 200 m from the reactor containment structure following an apparent reactor emergency shutdown. The cause of the anomaly's incapacitation remains unknown. Radiation levels surrounding the entity measured in excess of ███ Sv/h before rapidly declining over the following hour.
Following successful containment, Foundation assets administered a Class-B information suppression campaign to civilians. The incident was officially attributed to a transformer explosion and subsequent chemical fire. SCP-XXXX was transported to Site-██-█ on ██████ for classification and examination.
## Testing Report
Following preliminary observation, SCP-XXXX, informally designated **"Nuclei"** by research personnel, was assigned to Dr. █████, who classified the entity as Euclid and authorized further testing. Additional examinations were conducted on ██████ by Dr. ██████.
SCP-XXXX is a humanoid skeletal organism measuring 283 cm in height with an approximate mass of 412 kg. The appendages consist primarily of an unidentified calcium-based structure displaying tensile strengths significantly exceeding known biological material. Embedded within the thoracic cavity is a metallic assembly composed primarily of uranium-235 and plutonium-239 with trace quantities of several additional radioisotopes. The vertebral column appears to consist entirely of ████████-███, a material currently under investigation following similarities noted during Incident ███-Gamma.
The anomaly demonstrates intelligence comparable to that of an adult human and possesses a clear understanding of complex machinery. During its initial encounter, SCP-XXXX employed discarded reactor control rods and industrial equipment in an organized attempt to penetrate reinforced concrete shielding surrounding Reactor █. Whether the anomaly intended to consume radioactive material or perform another unknown objective remains unconfirmed.
Testing indicates that SCP-XXXX derives energy directly from radioactive decay occurring within its thoracic structure while storing excess energy in an organ-like cavity located within the abdomen. Current estimates place maximum energy storage capacity at approximately 34 kWh.
Electrical discharges generated by SCP-XXXX travel through its skeletal structure before being released into the surrounding atmosphere by mechanisms not yet fully understood. Recorded voltages have exceeded ███████ V under laboratory conditions. Severity of discharge appears correlated with the anomaly's emotional state rather than external stimuli alone.
When threatened, SCP-XXXX can rapidly increase the temperature of any object with which it maintains physical contact. During Test XXXX-17, a 30 cm tungsten-alloy plate reached temperatures exceeding █████°C before the anomaly voluntarily ceased output and entered a dormant cooling state lasting approximately 43 minutes.
Consumption of radioactive material significantly amplifies all observed anomalous properties. Exposure to one gram of reactor-grade uranium-235 resulted in increased strength, mobility, electrical output, and thermal generation for approximately 2–3 hours. Due to the unacceptable risk posed by further enhancement, all additional feeding trials have been suspended pending Ethics Committee approval.
Psychological profiling has revealed no evidence of hostility toward personnel absent perceived threats. SCP-XXXX has repeatedly ignored exposed researchers while displaying immediate interest in shielded radioactive sources. The reason for this selective behavior remains unknown.
## Addendum XXXX-2 — Recent Events
During the mass containment breach at Site-██-█ orchestrated by the Serpent's Hand, SCP-XXXX successfully escaped containment after electrical failures disabled the chamber's primary suppression systems. Security recordings indicate that SCP-XXXX immediately began compromising nearby containment sectors by melting reinforced blast doors, support structures, and locking mechanisms through direct physical contact.
Rather than engaging Foundation personnel indiscriminately, SCP-XXXX appeared to prioritize the release of other contained anomalies. Foundation analysts believe the entity recognized that widespread containment failures would significantly reduce the probability of its own recapture. Several of the subsequently released anomalies interfered with Foundation response efforts, resulting in ██ confirmed Foundation casualties, the destruction of multiple containment sectors, and extensive structural damage throughout Site-██-█.
During the incident, SCP-XXXX traversed approximately 81% of the site's accessible containment wings. Surveillance footage recovered after recontainment shows the anomaly briefly entering Wing-4 and remaining stationary outside the containment chamber of SCP-████ for approximately four minutes before leaving the area without attempting interaction or breach. The purpose of this behavior remains unknown. Additional investigation has been classified Level-4 pending review of archived Incident ███-Gamma documentation.
Twenty-four hours after the initial breach, SCP-XXXX was located approximately 18 km from Site-██-█ by Mobile Task Force ███████-██. The anomaly offered minimal resistance during recontainment, having apparently depleted the majority of its stored energy reserves. Cooling agents were deployed prior to engagement, reducing the temperature of the anomaly's thoracic core and preventing further thermal or electrical escalation. SCP-XXXX was successfully restrained using insulated tungsten-alloy restraints and returned to Site-██-█ without further incident.
Following this event, Containment Procedures Revision XXXX-3 was approved. SCP-XXXX's containment chamber has since been equipped with redundant independent power systems, automated coolant flooding mechanisms, and remotely activated borated-water suppression arrays capable of engaging without external power. Additional radiation sensors have been installed throughout adjacent containment sectors to provide early warning of unauthorized movement.
In the event of any future site-wide containment breach, SCP-XXXX has been redesignated as a Priority-Alpha recovery target. Mobile Task Force ███████-██ is to be deployed immediately with portable cooling equipment and insulated capture apparatus. Under no circumstances are radioactive materials, reactor fuel, or spent fuel assemblies to remain unsecured during a containment failure. Should recovery become impossible, all nearby radioactive sources are to be relocated or rendered inaccessible until Foundation control has been re-established.

On ███████, the foundation received a report from local law enforcement in ██████, New York, of ██████ malfunctions in the █████ area. After foundation personnel arrived, the anomaly moved as if it knew why the personnel were present and made an attempt at escape through ████ St but was contained on ███████ at ████ pm after approximately 72 hours after first being reported. On ██████, the anomaly was delivered to site-██ for testing and evaluation. After ██ hours, the anomaly was assigned Euclid class, awaiting Keter approval. All level 2 access and below personnel involved were promptly removed and were ████████ and assigned new cases. The final classification of anomaly -████ was kept at Euclid class after melting the reinforced steel and concrete to escape. Dr ████ described the anomaly as "a walking nuclear reactor with electric manipulation abilities". In Class-D testing on ██████ at ████ pm the anomaly created superheated plasma at ███ volts to incinerate the Class-D subject. The anomaly seems to not require sustenance of any kind. The anomaly must be contained in a high melting point, electrically and radio-insulated environment, as the anomaly seems to output ███ microsieverts per minute. The anomaly was moved to site-██ on ██████ after testing had concluded. More tests have been ordered on ██████ for further research and possible Thaumiel class usages after showing the ability to sense danger and formulate escape plans during containment.
