Facility 667 was a formerly Classified Facility where the Council stored Highly Dangerous SCPs who were pending Classification and were still being studied. However when the breach occurred the 05 Council had no choice but to declassify everything it had on the facility to the people it was sending in to clean things up. Unfortunately Facility 667 had many world ending threats and if it wasn’t for the Arrival and the Foundation’s first encounter with SCP-???? all life on the planet would have been wiped out. Afterwards all recorded of the SCPs that were in the facility were shredded because SCP-???? Has the ability to erase even cosmic entities from existence. Please note that for one reason or another the 05 Council made it official policy to not keep a file on SCP-????. Any other records of the Containment Breach at Facility 667 have been destroyed, been deemed to contradictory to officially document or just be flat out unreliable.

Then why is everything so vague? Like I read over the rules multiple times and it took the. 5th reading to find the code I was supposed to drop in. Plus if these articles are open for public edit then you leave the assumption that people are going to add to the post.
