SCP-3133 cannot be physically contained, as it does not consist of matter, energy, or any medium currently recognized by Foundation physics. SCP-3133 is a mathematical object — specifically, a proof — and containment instead targets *access* to it.
All known transcriptions of SCP-3133 are stored in Faraday-shielded vaults at Site-19, Site-94, and a redundant archival cache buried under 40 meters of basalt at a classified Arctic location. Transcriptions are kept on analog media only (etched ceramic plates, no digital storage) following Incident 3133-Eta, in which a digitized copy of the proof's third lemma propagated through six unrelated research databases over a span of eleven minutes despite there being no network connection between them.
Personnel are **forbidden** from attempting to independently derive, complete, or "solve" SCP-3133 under any circumstances. The current containment doctrine is not prevention of comprehension — full comprehension is understood to be impossible for an unaugmented human mind — but prevention of *partial* comprehension, which has proven to be the actual hazard.
Any researcher assigned to SCP-3133 documentation duty must:
- Work in shifts not exceeding 90 minutes.

## Description

SCP-3133 does not behave like other anomalous documents. It is not cursed in the colloquial sense, and it does not appear to want anything, in the sense that several other Foundation-contained texts demonstrably do. Current leading theory (Dr. R. Achebe, Mathematics Anomalies Division) holds that SCP-3133 is not malevolent at all. ## Addendum 3133.4: Protocol VESALIUS
Protocol VESALIUS governs the long-term containment of personnel who have demonstrated post-exposure cognitive effects from SCP-3133, including but not limited to: solving ordinary arithmetic via inarticulable methods, describing rooms as feeling "more correct" or "more finished," persistent low-grade desire to return to SCP-3133 material, and — in two confirmed cases — providing technically correct answers to mathematical questions that had not yet been asked aloud.
