+ Special Containment Procedures
**Cell Architecture:** SCP-8736 is to be contained within a seamless, transparent plexiglass sphere suspended in the exact geometric center of Sector-4's primary containment vault. The interior and exterior walls of the sphere must remain completely smooth, with no physical textures, ridges, micro-abrasions, or structural imperfections permitted.
**Dietary Protocol:** Exactly every 24 hours (at 12:00 PM local site time), automated mechanical systems must deliver one (1) fresh, standard-sized Domino's Pizza in its original cardboard delivery packaging. The delivery is to be inserted through a specialized airtight vacuum slot. Under no circumstances are non-approved toppings (specifically pineapple, ham, or other fruit-based additions) to enter the cell. Level 2 security personnel must visually inspect and clear all pizza deliveries prior to insertion.
**Failure State Protocol:** If a scheduled pizza delivery is delayed by more than 2 hours (past 14:00 PM), a Level 4 Sector-Wide Alert is to be triggered automatically. All non-essential personnel must evacuate the Sector-4 wing immediately in anticipation of an imminent State-Beta ("Insane Mode") event.
**SCP-8736-A Separation:** SCP-8736-A ("The Pen") must remain locked within a specialized, biometric high-security vault located in the opposite structural wing of Sector-4. Under no circumstances is SCP-8736-A to be brought within a 50-meter threshold of SCP-8736. All personnel handling SCP-8736-A must wear 5mm thick reinforced rubber containment gloves to prevent direct epidermal contact.

+ Description
SCP-8736 is a sapient, two-dimensional humanoid stick figure, approximately 15 centimeters in height, rendered in black ink. The entity is capable of moving freely across any solid, physical surface (such as paper, glass, concrete, and organic tissue).
SCP-8736 manifests a drawn ink pencil within its right hand. Using this pencil, the entity can alter reality via two primary mechanisms:
1. **3D Manifestation:** Any object SCP-8736 sketches onto a surface becomes a functional, physical, three-dimensional item in the real world immediately upon the completion of the drawing's final line.
2. **3D Incarnation:** SCP-8736 can sketch a physical, 3-dimensional outline of its own body. This allows the entity to step out of its 2D surface into the physical world as a solid, mobile entity at any given moment.
SCP-8736 suffers from severe, unshakeable psychological delusions. It firmly believes it is a world-renowned, award-winning gourmet chef employed by a "five-star luxury resort" (which is actually Site-19). It perceives Foundation security guards as its personal waitstaff and frequently attempts to give them physical, solid gold coins as "tips" for good service. It consumes food by scribbling over it with its pencil until the organic matter physically vanishes from reality. It flatly rejects all food brands not belonging to the Domino's Pizza franchise.
SCP-8736-A is an unbranded black ink ballpoint pen measuring 14 centimeters in length. It is constructed from an indestructible, unidentifiable material that resists all forms of structural damage, melting, or scratching. When held by a human subject, it grants them a limited version of SCP-8736's manifestation abilities.
Objects drawn by humans using SCP-8736-A will physically manifest, but the quality, functionality, and composition of the item will scale perfectly with the user's *artistic skill level*. Anyone who maintains physical contact with SCP-8736-A for longer than 10 minutes will permanently absorb SCP-8736's exact culinary delusions.
---
+ State-Beta ("Insane Mode")
If SCP-8736 is starved of Domino's Pizza for more than 26 hours, or if it is exposed to non-approved pizza toppings, its clean line work violently deforms into jagged, erratic strokes, and its eyes pulse with a bright red luminescent light.
Upon entering State-Beta, the entity becomes highly hostile and mrzlično (frenetically) begins sketching heavy military weaponry—including operational chainsaws, explosives, and anti-tank rocket launchers—directly onto its cell walls to induce a containment breach. It will simultaneously expand into a 2-meter-tall, chaotic 3D monster to physically assault facility staff. State-Beta can only be neutralized by introducing a standard, approved Domino's pizza into its vicinity.

+ Master Lore Archive & Logs
++ Addendum 8736.1: Discovery Log
SCP-8736 was recovered on October 14, 2024, at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France. Curators contacted local authorities after noticing a small stick figure moving autonomously between various historical oil paintings, drawing crude mustaches on portraits. Upon being approached by Foundation containment agents, SCP-8736 utilized its pencil to sketch a cardboard box, pulled out a physical, steaming pizza slice, and offered it to the capturing agent as a peaceful greeting. The museum gallery walls were extracted, and Class-A amnestics were administered to civilian witnesses.
++ Addendum 8736.2: Behavioral Profile (Passive State)
When adequately fed and calm, SCP-8736 is highly docile, cooperative, and friendly. It routinely attempts to cheer up stressed research staff by drawing paper flowers, tiny working radios that play soft jazz music, and miniature plastic cups filled with drinkable water. Because it cannot vocalize, it communicates by sketching emoji-like faces and text bubbles on its glass viewing barrier.
++ Addendum 8736.3: Interview Log
> **Interviewer:** Dr. Andrews
> **Subject:** SCP-8736 (Communicating via dry-erase board)
>
> **Dr. Andrews:** Why must it specifically be Domino's Pizza?
>
> *(SCP-8736 draws a giant heart next to a Domino's logo, then draws a trash can with "PIZZA HUT" written on it.)*
>
> **Dr. Andrews:** What happens to you during "Insane Mode" when you don't get it?
>
> *(SCP-8736 droops its head and draws a flashing bomb icon inside its stomach. It writes: "HUNGY MAKES MONSTER. NO CONTROL. SO SORRY.")*
++ Addendum 8736.4: Incident Log 8736-Pizza-Wrong
On April 12, 2026, a local franchise accidentally delivered a "Hawaiian Pizza" containing ham and pineapples to Sector-4. SCP-8736 opened the box, stopped moving for five seconds, and wrote: *"FRUIT DOES NOT BELONG ON BREAD. THIS IS A CRIME."*
It immediately triggered State-Beta, drew a tactical rocket launcher, and blasted open its primary containment vault doors. It was only pacified after security rushed an emergency Margherita pizza to the breach site, at which point the entity shrank back down and happily ate while sitting on a guard's helmet.
++ Addendum 8736.5: Advanced Testing Log (4D Objects)
* **Test 1 (Time Machine):** Dr. Andrews requested a machine to travel to yesterday. SCP-8736 drew a crude DeLorean with a clock on the roof. A physical toy car manifested. When wound up, the clock physically rolled backward at a speed of exactly 1 day per hour, serving as a backward-running countdown clock.
* **Test 2 (Tesseract):** Dr. Andrews provided a blueprint of a 4-dimensional hypercube. SCP-8736 successfully drew overlapping squares that folded into themselves. A true 4D translucent cube manifested inside the cell. It continuously turns inside out, causing severe spatial disorientation to human observers. When a D-Class tried to touch it, their hand temporarily vanished into a higher spatial dimension before reappearing 5 seconds later.
++ Addendum 8736-A.3: Human Experimentation Log
* **Test 1 (Weaponry):** Agent Miller (no artistic skill) drew a combat knife using SCP-8736-A. The pen manifested a solid steel blade, but it had no sharp edge and a completely flat handle, rendering it useless.
* **Test 2 (Electronics):** D-4491 (professional designer) drew a detailed iPad. A working physical tablet detached from the paper. The screen powered on, but the device lacked internet, and the application icons were completely static pictures.
* **Test 3 (Delusion Onset):** D-8821 held SCP-8736-A for 12 minutes. He stopped drawing, demanded to speak to the "Maître d'," and complained that the testing room was an "unheated kitchen." He then used the pen to sketch a physical plate of garlic spaghetti on the floor before needing to be sedated.
++ Addendum 8736.7: Cross-Test Incident Log (The Catastrophe)
On June 14, 2026, a junior researcher accidentally brought SCP-8736-A within the 50-meter threshold of SCP-8736. The pen violently vibrated, heated to 300°C, and its ink leaked out autonomously, flying through the air to merge with SCP-8736.
SCP-8736 instantly scaled into a 5-meter-tall 4-dimensional entity. Driven by its amplified culinary delusion, it rewrote the concrete walls of Sector-4 into giant 2D drawings of brick pizza ovens and turned three security guards into flat, paper cutouts of Italian chefs. Containment was only re-established when Director Vance yelled over the intercom: *"Attention Head Chef Stickman! The food inspectors are here! Please return to your workstation!"* Terrified of the health department, SCP-8736 shrank back down and hid inside its original painting.
++ Addendum 8736.8: Recovered Journal Entries (1784)
Torn pages found hidden behind the original Louvre painting, written by French artist Pierre Laurent:
> *"May 12, 1784: I bought a silver pen from a traveling merchant. When I draw with it, the ink feels alive. I sketched an apple on my desk... my fingers touched cold, solid skin. It tasted like paint, but it filled my stomach."*
