Seeking Greenlights: Yes
Page Type: Tale
Genre: Cosmic Horror, Drama/Emotional, Alternate Universe
Elevator Pitch: An Alternate Universe tale where SCP-239 has a twin brother the Foundation kept secret. Containing one was a constant risk; two together would be complete chaos… well, that is until the events of today.
Central Narrative: After a hospital explosion, the Foundation detects elevated Hume levels coming from a nearby orphanage. A worker reports the babies simply appeared and she took them in. Designated SCP-239-A (Sigurrós) and SCP-239-B (Sigurður), they are placed in separate containment wings. This works until Sigurður turns 6. Motivated by loneliness and wanting to play with someone like him, he makes a wish. This distorts the laws of physics, causing his previously unknown sister, Sigurrós, to appear.
At first confused, they quickly connect the dots: being naive but not stupid, they share the same abilities, are "wizards," and look identical. Deducing the Foundation hid them, their fury nearly causes an end-of-the-world scenario. Dr. Glass arrives and smoothly manipulates them with an excuse. However, the twins refuse to be separated again, forcing the Foundation's compliance. Later, doctors debate what to do, but realize any countermeasures against the duo would cancel each other out, making action too risky.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: This story is promising because it addresses the twins' hidden loneliness and feelings of being misunderstood, exploring how SCP-239 would act if not alone at the doctors' mercy. It highlights their individuality—he isn't a copy; they have distinct personalities and desires. It features light cosmic horror, where innocent actions cause disasters without them realizing the weight of their powers. I will also focus on character evolution; they won't remain the same as they were at the beginning!
Additional Notes: Note: This isn't a definitive summary, just a proposal; things can change, so I ask for your help and feedback. Question: What could Sigurður's numbering be? I thought of SCP-239-A (Sigurrós) and SCP-239-B (Sigurður), but I'm not sure if that's a good option. Ideas are welcome.

[…] This real origin behind my character… I wrote everything myself, you can rest assured. I admit I used a spell checker just to correct spelling errors, since I tend to write quickly, and modesty aside, this isn't my native language. Maybe the tool changed a word, I don't know, I didn't see it, but rest assured, I wrote it from the first word to the last, and if that's prohibited, even if it takes longer, I'll do it manually next time, I promise. But I understand that I can't let myself be carried away by dreams; I have to think about the plot premise, not… I will discuss this with someone more experienced than me.
