**Special Containment Procedures:** SCP-9275 must be sealed inside a titanium box of 1000x1000 meters with layers of 100 meters width of pure silver walls inside the box, the box must contain a research facility on the core of it, due to the scale of the containment cell.
The containment cell is located within the depths of Site-10, underground, a basement on the site was built to holster the box.
20 nuclear reactors must be powering at all times the box, the box must always be applied electricity at 10^100 volts, if the powering ever stops, 10 backup generators will start powering it.
The personnel that operates the custom research facility cannot leave it during the whole duration of their research to prevent leaking of information to other members of the foundation.
This measure is taken to prevent panic among members.
We know the cube works because we alter the cube with electricity so SCP-9275 is unable to spread signals outside of the designated POL channels of communication.
**Description:** SCP-9275 is believed to be the collective consciousness of every single member of the foundation put into a single being, this being is of unknown origin, although theories suggest it might originate within a deeper power located at the earth's core, which is believed the be the source of power of this being.
The anomalous properties of the anomaly have never been checked on tests, although we know its properties due to extensive research with POL Technology.
POL technology is the name given by researchers to a newfound type of technology developed during the research done on SCP-9275 with the sole purpose of containing it.
POL technology works by taking the radiation emitted from SCP-9275 to shape it into electrical signals, which are then turned into binary to interpret with quantum computers, the reason to use quantum computers is because the regular process of information on a regular computer would take approx 1 million years to be able to interpret the information. POL technology has many uses, either for communication with the entity, to contain it, to generate electricity, it is basically an exploit we found to be able to contain it, hadnt it been because of it, we wouldnt had been able to contain it.
Apparently, SCP-9275, although not having a solid body, is sentient, and for some reason, willing to explain its properties to us, POL technology serves so we can communicate with it, or rather, it being able to communicate with us.
According to SCP-9275, as it is the consciousness of all the foundation personnel, it knows everything about the foundation, and it claims to be able to penetrate and alter any electrical current within the radius of 365000km, making it able to communicate with any device on earth instantly.
This poses a threat because, as it has all the information of every single foundation member, including the O5 council, it can put extremely classified information to the public, being able to damage the foundation and the status of the world itself.
SCP-9275 is physically presented as an invisible gas, we were able to contain it with the methods listed further in the article.
We managed to know that SCP-9275 takes power from earth's core due to 3 mains things:
SCP-9275 claiming it knows.
Research done by geologists shows decay on the soil around the containment area of SCP-9275
Temperatures on the earth's core dropping slowly when one of the generators fail.
SCP-9275 presents two identities within its consciousness, designated SCP-9275-A and SCP-9275-B, each consciousness represent different ideals, they seem to be representatives of the minds of foundation personnel, each part representing a fundamental aspect shared in common by all foundation members.
**SCP-9275-A:** SCP-9275-A is shown as passive and caring, claiming to be there for honor and justice, and therefore wanting the best for the foundation, but dont be fooled, this is a trick of SCP-9275-A, which is highly manipulative towards research personnel and aims for them to give it more freedom so it is able to spread classified information about the foundation. This part usually brags about its anomalous powers, unaware of favour by doing so it makes to the foundation, although, its claims are easily verifiable, as it provides information about its properties that can be verified using POL technology.
**SCP-9275-B:** SCP-9275-B is shown as blunt and eccentric, claiming to be there so it doesnt get terminated by the foundation, although its motivations may seem grim, in reality, its the most honest one, it provides useful information about the origin of the anomaly, claiming to come from mother nature itself, and it being a punishment to humanity for pollution, claims may be subjectively true to SCP-9275, but the objective claims still are unanswered, as no proof whatsoever has been shown of it other than SCP-9275's word, although valuable, we may not have the tools to provide evidence of its claims yet.
**[Origin:]**
The existence of SCP-9275 was brought to the attention of the foundation not because it was located somewhere, instead, it originated within Site-10, after the assasination of a notorious employee of Site-10, named Michael B. Dexter, who was a part of the administrative, by the hands of a presumed Chaos Insurgency undercover operative, energy began to shift around the foundation around 1 week after his death, personnel of Site-10 reported feeling tired and out of energy, strangely enough, similar reports were made around every single foundation site, this is known due to access to the complaint archive on the foundation's data logs, MTF units, specially ones deployed in forests and other natural areas reported twice the sickness as personnel in sites.
Rumors began circulating shortly after Michael's death, some saying he was terminated by the internal security department due to him investigating the pollution the foundation was creating on the planet, Mr.Dexter used to be really in touch with nature, trying to always take care of it, hoaxes involving Dexter's assasination, including the hoax saying he was killed by the Internal security department have been debunked, any spreading of these rumors will result in inmediate punishment for insubordination.
After michael's death, and due to the phenomenom happening all around Site-10, scientists decided to inspect the air, there, finding SCP-9752, still not fully formed, but it was there, this happened in 1992, now, in 2026, SCP-9752 is completely formed and evolved, now in its prime form, we werent able to communicate with SCP-9752 until September of 2002, due to POL technology still being in early development, now, as of august 2026, we can fully communicate with it.
Back in 2002, we already knew the full extent of its capabilities as we began communication that year, and the specialized cell and research department had just begun its contruction, at the time, we didnt know if the claims of the anomaly's power were true, but, to prevent any harm, we started building it. It proved very useful.
