Noting that
Aaron Abel (account age 3025 days, site membership 134 days) recently coldposted the following page, which has some indicators of AI-generation: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-9046/comments/show page title "Scp 9046 stick gun" full page in creation.
Item #: SCP- 9046
Object Class: Euclid
---
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-9046 is to be contained in a standard anomalous object locker at Site-██. Handling is only permitted under Level 3 clearance or higher. Testing requires reinforced ballistics chambers and approval from Site Security Command.
Personnel are strictly prohibited from aiming SCP-9046 at living organisms during testing, except under approved termination protocols. Acorns generated during use are to be collected and stored for study, though they degrade into non-anomalous organic matter within 48 hours.
---
Description:
SCP-9046 is a weathered tree branch, 84 cm in length, resembling a crude imitation of an M2 .50 caliber submachine gun. Despite being composed entirely of ordinary lignified plant material, SCP-9046 features a distinct grip, stock, and a crude trigger assembly.
When the "trigger" is depressed, SCP-9046 discharges acorns (Quercus robur species, regardless of season or geographic origin) at velocities exceeding 1,000 m/s. The acorns function identically to armor-piercing ballistic rounds, capable of penetrating hardened steel, Foundation-grade ballistic plating, and even 6 cm of reinforced concrete.
Spent acorn caps are expelled from a knothole on the side of SCP-9046 in a manner consistent with shell ejection. SCP-9046 has shown no observable ammunition source and does not appear to deplete. Attempts to disassemble SCP-9046 or sever sections of the wood have resulted in rapid regeneration of damaged portions.

Addendum 9046-1: Testing Log Excerpts
Test 01: SCP-9046 discharged at Level II ballistic gel. Target penetrated fully, acorn retained shape and lodged in back wall.
Test 05: SCP-9046 discharged at M1 Abrams frontal plating. Complete penetration. Secondary damage consistent with explosive spalling.
Test 07: SCP-9046 discharged continuously for 3 minutes. Rate of fire consistent with 450 rounds per minute. No overheating observed.
Test 12: SCP-9046 aimed at sapling. Upon discharge, acorn embedded into trunk and rapidly germinated. Subject tree grew 2 m taller over 24 hours, producing viable acorns identical to SCP-9046 projectiles.

Addendum 9046-2: Discovery
SCP-9046 was recovered in ███████ Forest, Oregon, following reports of "a man with a stick shooting holes through a truck." Local law enforcement dismissed the incident as vandalism using conventional firearms until Foundation agents embedded in the department intercepted evidence. SCP-9046 was retrieved from the suspect, who claimed to have "just picked it up off the ground."
The suspect (now classified as POI-9046-1) has demonstrated no anomalous properties beyond initial operation of SCP-9046 and is under ongoing surveillance.

Also the formatting is off." and "….I'm gonna need you to show us where the stock is on an M2, and what exactly you think a submachine gun is."
