I know I'm not licensing team, but I'm posting this anyway because it's a pretty straightforward issue.
The current "about" section says only this:
a small scp foundation themed deck inspired by salacious skip confessions. Created for plague.
For context, the uploader is basing these off of the content of a noncommercial fandom-centric SCP Tumblr blog called dirty-scp-confessions. The moderator - who goes by Plague - of dirty-scp-confessions has conveyed to me tonight through Tumblr messaging that they are uncomfortable with this existing for other reasons (and did not consent to its creation regardless of their direct mention in it), which is a whole 'nother ball game, but in the meantime, this is a licensing issue first and foremost.
In terms of the aforementioned other ball game: The user, Gutsyclub, is underage when it comes to this type of content and, relatedly, has a history of problematic behavior. As previously stated, the moderator of DSCPC is not comfortable with the existence of the card deck for reasons other than licensing, but I'm not going to speak for them beyond this until they communicate further with me about it.
TL;DR Let's figure out how to go about this licensing issue, and let's keep in mind that this is another instance of creepy behavor trends from this user, offsite or no. I'm just laying out the cards, so to speak, and I'll leave the rest to licensing (and harassment/disciplinary, if necessary) unless I am needed.
