I'm not a critic, nor am I staff, but I'd recommend you follow format.
Aside from that, it seems solid to me. But, as I said, I'm not a critic. I'd wait until two proper critics come over and double-green you, then you can work on the draft, and after that, you can push.

Not to burst your bubble- but you should probably follow format + shorten that description a bit. I don't think the mods will be all too happy.
The, uh, the description might be a tad long for the mods to tolerate, might wanna cut that down.
