Creepiness in a side channel. Logging upon request of the user targeted.

General clarification: I'm not taking any action regarding this myself, but creepiness does fall into the sort of thing we are able to discipline for even when it takes place only in side chats. I leave that to ops to decide as a group. Either way, it's context in case of further issues.

I'm fine with taking no action over this particular incident (only given that it occurred outside our jurisdiction) but we see any more of this shit again out of this we should absolutely remember this and move straight to action.

I talked to Bee about this user (and the potential that we might have to kick them at some point) just last night. All that being said - and echoing what Procyon is saying above - that chat isn't official whatsoever, and I'm not sure any staff action here is necessary unless this user brings this behavior to 19 or 17 or wherever else. It's SpookyBee and I's (and the third mod's) job to deal with issues in that channel when they show up.
