Noting for records-keeping that DrIbarazaki (account age 419 days, site membership 416 days) posted the entirety of a staff directions template (with some very light edits) to the Draft Critique forum:
Compare with the staff resource here: https://05command.wikidot.com/forum-crit-referenceAuthor, as per the greenlighting policy first-time authors seeking draft critique in the forums must first at least two greenlights from the Ideas Critique forum here, the IRC chatrooms, and/or the official Discord server.
Please first go to the Ideas forum or the chat, give a quick summary (for the Ideas forum, please follow the instructions in the required reading thread) of the concept you want to write up (don't link the draft unless someone requests it).
During the conceptualization stage, reviewers can let you know if something similar already exists on the site, and/or tell you if there is anything that would prevent them from wanting to read a full draft. These issues are more effectively addressed earlier on in the writing process.
If you have already received two greenlights, please note from whom and where you received them. If you would like to skip the greenlighting process, you can use the IRC chatrooms for draft reviews.
(Thank you to Zyn for the base of this message.)

This is not the first time they have been addressed for backseat modding, as staff records of sporadic cases include:
- 24 January 2025: was using copy-pasta to backseat mod Licensing team directions for images/license box
- 7 February 2025: told a user "Series 9 is closed too Series 6, 7, and 8 are the ones that have actual open slots. Mostly 7 and 8 though" when series 9 was the current open series, series 6 had no open slots, and series 7 had one open slot
- 26 February 2025: staff member noted, [They're currently extremely overzealous and openly posted in help desk the other day that they got a sense of joy out of identifying AI articles and reporting them, which to me is a bit of a red flag]
- 23 March 2025: added a staff-only tag to someone's page
- 31 March 2025: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17085315/seeking-greenlight-the-suspected-origin-of-the-a-s-c-f#post-6905735 "Quill says no AI usage was detected, so"
I've admin posted on the forum post and sent them a PM asking them to refrain from further such posts.
